I have been warning repeatedly that Islamization in America will not happen through any sort of military action, but it will come through the courts, that the biggest danger America faces is not from guns and terrorists, but lawyers in well-pressed suits and activist judges.
In another case which illustrates my point, a court in New Jersey has made what is being called a “landmark” ruling against a small town which said that Muslims were discriminated against by being required to have more parking spaces for their mosque than for other places of worship: A federal judge ruled Saturday that a New Jersey town broke the law by requiring more parking spaces for a mosque than for other places of worship.
The planning board of Bernards Township, N.J., denied plans to build a mosque due to concerns that there were not enough parking spaces, arguing that mosques needed more parking than churches or synagogues due to different times of worship.
After nearly four years of hearings, the Islamic Society sued the township in March 2016. U.S. District Judge Michael Shipp declared Saturday that the town’s actions violated the Religious Land Use and Institutional Persons Act.
Parking requirements have been previously used against the building of mosques, and the Islamic Society’s lawyer Adeel Mangi reportedly said, “(t)his truly is a landmark ruling with national impact.”
In court, the township insisted that the issue was not a religious one, but a concern over parking, with the township’s attorney saying in court, “it’s based simply on the parking needs of the applicant.”
Judge Schipp, however, disagreed, and ruled that the parking requirements gave the town board “unbridled and unconstitutional discretion.”

Nothing landmark about it. RLUIPA has been around a long time and protects Christian churches and Jewish synagogues equally. The NIMBY’s use all kinds of pretexts to keep congregations from building but RLUIPA prevents land use officials from discriminating against religious congregations who want to build.

Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act
To the best of my understanding of the Constitution, it remains that since the ratification of the Constitution, the only way that the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification feds can constutionally control how INTRAstate private property is used is to purchase the land in compliance with the 5th Amendment’s eminent domain clause.

This issue is arguably another example of what Thomas Jefferson and James Madison warned patriots to be on their guard against with respect to the corrupt federal government unconstitutionally expanding its powers in gradual steps.

In fact, it looks like the year 2000 that President Clinton signed the Religious Land Use bill into law was an election year, corrections welcome.

When they build a Mosque it means they have conquered the territory. We are so weak, especially the Christian pastors who invite them to services in ‘brotherhood’.

This mosque is associated with ISNA, a Muslim Brotherhood front group. The DOJ sued the city.
