Found it, thanks. Yes, he has a certain look in his eyes.
Fascinating topic. If you never see it coming, all the concealed carry in the world won’t help.
Your pic of the two guys on bikes looks like Mormons doing one of their mission trips.
Who are the three “ladies” in your pic?
You can say the same about 10 thug gangbangers doing missions inthe hood too. Difference is Im not keeping my shotgun off safety when the Mormons stop by.
They’re the “Goon Brothers” from the movie “Slapshot.”
Thanks for the answer! It’s been too many years since I’ve seen that good movie.
Hanson brothers from movie Slapshot.
A nice addition to “everyday” situational awareness. I have done enough people watching to have a good handle on body/eye/facial language - usually use it to keep from engaging with one who seems intent on “being goaded” into something.
For the most part they aren't. They are so self absorbed as to be ridiculous.
That is just GREAT!
Another thing, that I think is a good deterrent, when using your firearm is the presence of a laser dot on the target.
The Hansens. Before the Hansen’s boy band came along and made mmmmm-bop. Destroying the Hansen tough guy image.
100% spot on EXCEPT that Kansas has no duty to retreat.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Article 52. - PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY
21-5222. Same; defense of a person; no duty to retreat.
(b) A person is justified in the use of deadly force under circumstances described in subsection (a) if such person reasonably believes that such use of deadly force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to such person or a third person.
(c) Nothing in this section shall require a person to retreat if such person is using force to protect such person or a third person.
Backing down to aggression is NOT the way to stop it.
Cowering, sheltering in place or running away is no answer to lawlessness.
No doubt! A YUGE confidence builder seeing a glowing red dot between the eyes of your adversary.
Yes, it sure is.
Once, in my life, I had to draw my weapon, in self-defense, and the perp saw the laser pointed right at his forehead, and he dropped to the ground, begging for his life.
Crimson Trace. What an invention.
Yep, you explained it very well.
