FULL TITLE: Gay man who unsuccessfully sued San Diego cops for arresting him for wearing a butt-exposing gladiator costume 'commits suicide' after racking up $1m in legal bills
A man who lost a grueling, five-year lawsuit against San Diego police after being arrested for nudity during a gay pride festival has died in an apparent suicide, two weeks after the verdict.
Police found 35-year-old Will X Walters dead at his Hillcrest apartment Wednesday but it's unclear how long he'd been dead, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported. The medical examiner is examining the case.
Walters was arrested in 2011 during a gay pride event at Balboa Park for wearing a leather gladiator outfit that didn't fully cover his buttocks. He sued the police for anti-gay discrimination but a federal jury had recently ruled against him.
His attorney, Chris Morris, said he hadn't heard from his client since the December 13 verdict, which had left Walters in shock. He had left the courtroom immediately, after which his friends had also tried in vain to get in touch with him.

Scripture from Romans 1 show that homosexuality is at the end of rejecting God. It speaks of three times where man refuses to acknowledge God and three times where God gives them up. “Three” in this case is not necessary that it will be 3 times . . . but it speaks of a completion of steps.
There are no homosexuals that believe in God unless it is a god of their own making - but never the one true God of Scripture.
And that is the best part of this whole story. It's about time!

Perhaps in a application but I find II Thessalonians to speak of the world in general after the Lord’s rapture of the church. Because they refused to believe they will now be unable to believe - but we turned over (by God) to the strong delusion which allows him to accept the antichrist’s reign.
It is a horrible thing to hear the gospel explained in a clear and concise manner and refuse to respond. Folks sometimes say “wait” . . . but that is really a no.

He wasted his time, energy, money and ultimately his life on this frivolous lawsuit. All he had to do was cover up his rear in a public setting when police asked him to do it.
His “pride” and compulsion to see any compromise as a means to ‘deny his rights’ would not allow any cooperation.
This is what happens when a small matter is allowed to take on undue and unhealthy importance, taking prominence even over survival employment. This sounds like a life far out of balance. Did it never occur to him just how ridiculous, even amusing the entire controvery had become?
This story sounds like something written by Seth MacFarlane, the main writer for Family Guy.
The irony is that the police wanted to give him a ticket but he wanted it escalated.
His mistake was in defying a law against public nudity. I know when I’m out on the town in my $1000 custom-made gladiator outfit I always make sure that the leather flap in back covers...wait a minute, which forum is this? Oops. Never mind.
