I am sure there is a list of teams that want to go from the middle of the pack to 2nd tier who will be interested in Romo.
He did VERY good by stepping away and handing the team to Dak but he will always be known as a very good not quite elite QB. He has some good numbers but in crunch time he fades. Always.
People always bring up his season ending injuries, as if somehow it’s his fault.
Had he had proper front line protection, like Dak has had, then he would still be in the game...............

I regard him as a third-rate quarterback who has displayed rare flashes of adequacy.
I can’t for the life of me fathom why the Cowboys have stayed with him for so long.

Romo did not hand Dak anything.
Prescott earned every start.
Too good to be a back-up QB, not quite good enough to be an elite starter. If regular season wins are what a team is after, Romo is your QB. If playoff wins are what a team is after, Romo is a dud.
