I never knew this about him. I never knew he was tubby. Good for him. Let's all go work out. Of course, working for Disney, I'm sure he's provided with a chef and a workout trainer, but still, it just goes to show that anybody looks better when they work out and watch how much they eat.

Two things; swimming and bicycling.

That’s not tubby nor fat at all.

He’s skinny without muscle.

Now he’s skinny with muscle.

He might have been pushing 200 lbs. But no way was he anywhere near 300.

One of the websites, discussing GotG 2, said that in the first film he was given a goal of losing 30 pounds, and he showed up 40 pounds slimmer.

I know we criticize actors and actresses a lot, but what some of them go through to do their parts really is amazing. I recall Christian Bale in the movie “The Fighter” and honestly, I didn’t recognize him for about 10 minutes, he had lost that much weight.

I still don’t think Matt McConaghey has really recovered from his weight loss in the AIDs movie.

Unless he’s really tall no way was he 300 lbs. It easy to get into shape when you have a personal trainer and nothing else do all day besides eat the right food and go to the gym.
Good for him though. He’s a pretty likable actor, hope he gets better movies than Jurassic World which was awful

I fluctuate based upon my motovation or lack thereof. Im 46 so still relatively young and active. A year ago i was at my commissioning weight of 175, today I’m again over 200, time to get in shape again. Exercise really is a great outlet. Gives you a release from stress, a daily purpose and motivation and of course the added benefit of looking better.

That’s kinda how I looked when I was 215. He’s probably a bit taller than me so add a few pounds, but no way that’s 300.

Never heard of him.

That’s not 300. He may have said it was 300 to claim he lost more than he did. All he did was buff up and add a sock.

Walk your dog more often and for at least 30 minutes at a good pace to get your heart rate up. Do it twice it a day if you really want to do yourself some good.
