Sorry for the pedantry, but that is not a word; sneaked is. Just like drug is a noun (meaning a mind-altering substance) and not the past tense of the verb drag.

It would appear that snuck has sneaked into the American vocabulary. While you would have been correct twenty or so years ago, not so much today";^)
