I knew a flight attendant who told me that Rodney was on her flights a couple of times. She said when she first met him it was almost unsettling (not in a bad way) because he was NOTHING like his comedy routine. Very nice, very polite and friendly. The difference was remarkable, according to her.

Rodney Dangerfield (born Jacob Cohen, November 22, 1921 October 5, 2004) was an American stand-up comedian, actor, producer, screenwriter and comedian known for the catchphrase "I don't get no respect!" and his monologues on that theme. He is also remembered for his 1980s film roles, especially in Easy Money, Caddyshack, and Back to School.
