Sending a jumbo jet low over Altadena? Almost like trying to fly it into the San Gabriels.

A 180 heading after turning left from the 7s at LAX would be a complete circle..

That controller will feel repercussions for that I’m sure. A simple mistake for sure, but a potential catastrophic one as well.

a homeowner who said it tossed her from her bed. That is some nasty jet wash, must have been REALLY low..........

Awful writing, which is apparently the norm, and acceptable these days.

The plane turned low over an Altadena neighborhood, startling a homeowner who said it tossed her from her bed. This person is a liar.
It takes at least a 6 earth quake to toss you out of bed and there is no way a jumbo jet produces more vibration then a 6 earthquake.
If it did there would have been a line of destruction every place the plane fly.
There is no such line.

Since a left turn to 180 from a runway heading of 90 required a 270 degree left turn, rather than a 90 degree right turn, Pilot Not Flying (the one on the radio) should have transmitted:
“SOCAL (Southern California) Departure, confirm a left, I say again, a left turn to 180.”
That would have gotten some heads out of rectal defilade.

From the voice, the controller sounded like an Affirmative Action hire. Hopefully this crap will end with Trump.
