I really wanted to take my son to a DC ball. It would have been very special for him and a very special time. He will have just graduated from basic at Parris Island and I would love to present him in his dress blues. Then I saw that no one under 21 admitted and he is 19. Oh well.

JV, IIRC, by all accounts, the 2001 “FRee Republic Inaugural and Count The Silverware Ball” was the BEST Inaugural Ball in the DC Area!

It certainly was! People came from other events to celebrate with us. Gov. Huckabee and his band, “Capiral Offense” played and rocked! Sweet memories.
I’m going, and excited about it, but I’m hoping someone might be able to help with a question. We have an extra ticket and hoped to sell it, but saw some Twitter posts (Cernovich) saying tickets are linked to a name and can’t be resold. He was referring to scalped tix, but if they are linked how would face-value sales differ? Also mentioned was that Secret Service regulations forbid it. It said they’d gladly refund tix for those who can’t make it. Can’t contact MAGA3x on Twitter since they don’t follow me, Deploraball.com has only link for press to contact, so at a loss on how to proceed. I can’t freepmail someone I know from FR ( from ‘Count the Siverware’ days ) because my Acct is too “new”. If anyone who knows the ropes can point me in direction to reach MAGA3X or Deploraball — here or by freepmail, assuming I can get incoming messages— I’d be most grateful. Thanks!
