Zsa Zsa Gabor, a Hollywood icon who personified the joy of glorious, unapologetic celebrity, reportedly died Sunday from a heart attack.
She was 99.
The Hungarian actress and socialite was pronounced dead after being rushed to a Los Angeles hospital, TMZ reports.
She survived a series of health problems over the last decade, including an auto accident, a hip replacement and a stroke, and had been on life support the past five years.

That was her sister Eva. I loved that show.
SHE DIED AGAIN?
Funny, I was just thinking about that GILLIGAN'S ISLAND episode the other day. She had comedic talent -- both she & Eva. Maybe that she seemed to never take herself too seriously is why she remained likeable.

She was married to her current husband for twenty yrs. I just read on his IMDb page something I just don’t understand.

“Together with his wife Zsa Zsa Gabor he adopted a few men. Among them are: - Marcus Eberhard Edward Prinz von Anhalt, Herzog zu Sachsen und Westfalen, Graf von Askanien (formerly known as Marcus Eberhardt; born about 1969, owns brothels, was adopted in April 2006) - Prinz Oliver Leopold von Sachsen-Anhalt, Graf von Westfalen und Askanien (formerly known as Oliver Bendig (born about 1967, owner of two striptease clubs in Los Angeles) - Prinz Michael Maximilian von Anhalt, Herzog zu Sachsen und Westfalen, Graf von Askanien (formerly known as Michael Killer (born about 1967, owns health clubs) - a surgeon who doesn’t want to be mentioned. All of them paid millions for their adoption.”
Random thought.
TCM will now have to edit their list of actors who died during the past year.

RIP. A lot of people had her in the dead pool. Poor thing lived too long. On life support for five years? Gosh.
Zsa Zsa was the standing one?
Heh.
When asked, How many husbands have you had?, she was quoted as responding, You mean other than my own?
RIP, but why the hell would anybody rush a 99 year old dying person to the hospital?
My son’s plastic surgeon (broke his nose in an accident) also does that. I don’t know if he takes on celebrities but he goes to Asia etc and repairs kids’ faces pro bono. His office is in Manhattan Beach and his surgical center is in Bev Hills.
Wow, that daughter died penniless. Was it a drug problem?
She added zest to all the films she was in, from a bit part in TOUCH OF EVIL to chintzy SI-FI drive in movies!

...
Sounds like she really died five years ago.
RIP
All the real character actors are passing away.
She probably didn’t know what was going on.
My mother was in a coma for 28 days when she was 13 and said when she woke up she had no idea so much time had passed. She said she did hear some of the conversations that her mother and sisters had in her hospital room and her mother reading to her, but no awareness of time. She told me waking up was like waking up every morning except she was pretty groggy for a while after she came out of the coma.
One of my grandsons was in a coma for a couple days, he had no awareness of anything that happened. He was very confused when he came out of it in the hospital. The last thing he remembered was being at my house and me asking him what he wanted for breakfast, that had happened 2 days earlier. He had been in 2 different hospitals, a wild ambulance ride, numerous medical procedures at both hospitals and no knowledge of any of what had happened. He was not aware of anything that went on around him, no remembered conversations, nothing.
RIP Zsa Zsa.
