Although 61.65% of the voters in Cambria County are democrats, and the NY Slimes ran a series of articles warning them that Trump’s plans to save the coal mining industry would backfire and actually destroy it, Trump/Pence still gathered 67% of the vote there.

It is effectively less than that. From Dec 20 - Jan 5th, lots of bureaucrats will be on vacation. Then you have about 2 weeks till the new POTUS. Not gonna be a lot of motivation to go to the mat for Obama.
