thats just an assumption and an unfounded one at that It was not an assumption, because I never said he didn't have insurance. I said he probably doesn't. It's not unfounded when the number of uninsured down here is high, which is why my insurance is better than double what I used to pay in Virginia, and it's the same insurance company I've always had, USAA.

You are correct. I moved down here 14 years ago and we have USAA. Having lived in northern Virgina I fully expected my insurgence to drop when we moved down here. Not so. It rose dramatically.
We were told it was so high because of the high instances of insurance fraud and the large number of uninsured drivers. I know people who use relatives addresses in Mississippi so they don't have to pay as much.
