There are not enough Latinas in political and elected positions, and those who have gotten there know it takes a lot more than the energy and desire to do it...The Colombian native said her desire to be in a position where she could be "more influential" and "have a stronger voice" to advocate for children is what encouraged her to run..."We want to have the infrastructure in place so that when Latinas decide to do run for office, they can do it, they can do it well and they can excel," she added.
A hate group of division, perhaps.
How about we pick good candidates with COMMON SENSE and respect for our Constitution? Race and gender are irrelevant.
I am a Spanish sur named person, and these women are the last people I want in office. Socialists, even if they don’t know it, or admit it. All Democrats, all victims, rent seekers...very different from Cuban Americans pols.
Men have messed up this world doncha know. Women are superior. If only they were in charge.
And if race and gender are irrelevant please explain the candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton?
I’m with her.
Okay okay, just kidding.
After years of hearing increasingly horrifying tales of backstabbing office catfights from Mrs. Buckeye, I shudder to think of a world run by women.
“There are not enough Latinas in political and elected positions...”
How many is enough?
Tokens as far as the eye can see! :)
Racist on its face.
Diversity just means "too many white people". I posit there are not enough white people, but that's just me.
Proud Latinas?
