Barack Obama has some 42 days or so left as president of the United States.
He has made it clear that he will sow as much mayhem as possible between now and his duet with the fat lady, but let us not focus on policy.
Let us deal solely with the power of the president to pardon. Why pardons seem to come about at the end of a presidential term is a bit puzzling, let's just accept that they do.
So, who will Obama pardon?

3. The Dreamers
