Jill does not want a recount, she wants to nullify the votes. She can do this with a slow recount that goes beyond the certification date 12/13. If a state does not certify to Congress by that date the votes do not count and Hillary wins. She can slow the count by challenges which will get them beyond the certify date. Remember Michigan just reported their final vote a week ago, almost three weeks after the election.

Trump knows how evil she is, that’s why he said she should be in jail. He just needs to play his cards according to law and what is best at each moment. He is not in power and he and his team and those who give him guidance are well aware things could get really ugly if he pushes too much now with so much time left for Obama and others to do more hurt to US people and damage to the country over all.

The Left’s endgame is to put an ‘illegitimate’ label on Trump. So that in the next 4 - 8 years, all the media/pundit types can repeat their unhinged hatred towards Trump (& really, the Deplorables) like 2000-2008 era.
I want to deny the Democrats and their allies in the media their propaganda victory. They lost the double header: Obama’s legacy is crumbling and Hillary was soundly beaten. They are grasping at straws to salvage something from their political debacle. That’s a big reason why they are supporting the recount.
Yes, we win in the end but they are still looking for ways to help them advance their long game.
Okay, I did. It hinges of the definition of "whole number of Electors appointed". Does it mean the entire 538, or just those who cast a vote?

As I read it, the recount has to be completed by Dec 18. The burden is on the recounters to finish in time. If not, the original results go to the State Canvassing Board for certification.

168.875 Recount; completion.
Sec. 875.
All recounts shall be completed for a primary election not later than the twentieth day and for any other election not later than the thirtieth day immediately following the last day for filing counter petitions or the first day that recounts may lawfully begin.

2016 Presidential Election Results
The results below have been canvassed and certified by county canvassing boards, but are unofficial until certified by the Michigan Board of State Canvassers on Nov. 28. These are the numbers that will be presented to the state board for the Nov. 8 presidential election. Trump leads Clinton by 10,704 votes.

Hillary does not win if Jill Stein, acting on behalf of Hillary Clinton, delays the count in WI, PA and MI. The Congress can simply accept the delayed vote.
From reading the affidavit, there is no actual allegation of a miscount. Only a speculation that there could be one (viz., Russia could have hacked the vote). So, the recount should be appealed for failing to meet the requirements for a recount. (Recounts are not automatic in this state.)
Pennsylvania is another machine state. Supposedly, those same dastardly Russians hacked, I should say could have hacked the vote there as well.
As to why Michigan - an all paper-ballot state - is being petitioned for a recounted, we will have to see when Jill files in that state. There’s just no telling how crazy the conspiracy theorists will get.

That’s what I’ve been thinking too when all this recount crap started. Along with the LSM constantly reporting Hitlery winning the popular vote & the snowflakes will continue to protest. Trump not the legit elected POTUS is their goal.

Good question. So If I was a "candidate", even a write in "candidate". And the only vote I got was mine. Then one person has the power to delay the vote count and disenfranchise millions of voters? That's crazy.
I believe in my heart of hearts on 1-20-17, Hillary Clinton will be sworn in as President of the United States. There is a clear plot by the left to steal the election and one thing I know about the left, they always succeed in getting what the want. So yes, I believe Hillary is going pull off this theft.
If Trump would have won in a landslide, they still would have come with a plan to make Hillary POTUS.
