I have just bought tickets to the Phantom of the Opera for my third live performance since 1992. My first was in Los Angeles, Flying from Francisco for two days. My third, locally in Sacramento next year. I would never even think about going to a performance of Hamilton before. Today no one could pay me enough to attend a performance.

An actor who decides to use his performance as an excuse to deliver a personal misguided political diatribe, no matter how "politely" it's delivered, would prompt me simply to leave, without making a fuss.

Oh for the good old Shakesperean times, when actors were required to stay and sleep outside of town, when not actually performing!
