Luntz bought it for 80k back in ‘75. It’s made a nice profit for the owners since then and no spooky stuff since.
Thankfully, the creepy top windows have been replaced.
One of the biggest frauds perpetrated on the American public, other than Obama. The author of the book later “fessed up” that the entire story was a hoax.
What is sad is so many people fell for it!
