We have a friend that is first generation American, parents came from Mexico, through the front door. She voiced the same sentiment.

My 83 year old mom and several friends came to the US through the front door in the mid 1950s. Her citizenship certificate is framed in her condo. She was giddy when Trump won.

my observations: Latinos are conservative, they want a home, security in the form of law and order......the numbers I noted was 11% of the national population, now, if 50% voted that is only 5.5 % of the total eligible voters....
