Don't correct him. Instead make it work for you. Just say "I know, so why is he leaving that SCOTUS seat open! And why isn't he putting out exec orders now to criminalize conservatives? It would be the law and nobody could say boo about it! He really is weak, isn't he?" Good for some chuckles.
