The article quotes him saying
“If you go to university center, they’ll give you a new ballot, they’ll void your old ballot, in some places they do that four or five times, so by tomorrow, almost everyone will have their new ballots in.”
However this is what he really said,
“If you go to university center, they’ll give you a new ballot, they’ll void your old ballot. They’ll give you a new ballot, and you can go out and make sure it get’s in. Now in some places, they do that four or five times, but we don’t do that. So by tomorrow, almost everyone will have their new ballots in.”
This is outrageous.

Read more closely, they took more than just that out.
CNN left out “but we don’t do that.”, implying Trump was urging his supporters to cheat. They should be called out, and you should read better.
Sue them into a new stone age.

1. Don't watch them.
2. Convince your friends not to watch them.
3. Disconnect your cable and/or satellite service.
4. Complain at airports and other public places that have it on in the background.
5. Contact their advertisers and tell them that you are boycotting their products/services.

How much longer is Time-Warner going to employ bald simpleton Jeff Zucker, the President of CNN? He’s already been caught funneling debate questions to Hillary, hiring fake journalists who spam John Podesta with gushing fan e-mail and now this.
Zucker is at the end of his contract, yet Time-Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes still hasn’t fired him. The only explanation is that Bewkes endorses the debate cheating in an effort to get favorable treatment from Obama and Clinton on the sale of his company to AT&T. You should dump Time-Warner and AT&T stock before the collapse. Bewkes and Zucker are frauds.

In early voting they mark ballot with a number. Then if they need to retrieve it, they look for that number. Only then is your ballot no longer secret. Supposedly.
