But I can see an unfortunate outcome. Obama will pardon everybody, including himself, at 11:58pm on January 19th 2017. If it gets rid of the Clintons forever it will be alright with me. Besides, does he have the power to pardon for future crimes discovered?

Yeah I know and pretty much agree. A Pardon can be extensive as long as it was done during a certain period of time. So Obama can say: "I hereby PARDON HRC for any and all crimes she may have committed between the periods of 2009 until January 20th 2017."
