Emma Morano, who will turn 117 on November 27, gobbles up at least two eggs a day, and has done so for 90 years — for an egg-streme lifetime total she says is over 100,000.

What a life she lived.

Hopefully we will live to tell our great-great grandchildren that we saw Hillary go to prison!

As someone with health issues I have a hard time keeping my protein levels up (once a month blood tests). Eggs are the easiest way to add protein to your diet, and easy to cook. I hate cooking. :-)

Makes sense. 90 + 20 = 117 year old.

There is a hen cam. They are not only happy but very interesting. They are free range. Notice I did not say cage free.

She’s got good genes and extra long telomeres.

That’s about all there is to it.

I’m a regular white bread guy. Sometimes dry white toast and sometimes butter and some jelly.

Is that you, Elwood?

In about 1995 my great aunt was almost 116 and she was the oldest person in the US. There was a French woman who was 122 and the oldest person in the world. She died about 2 months after my great aunt.

I don’t know if she ate lots of eggs but I do!

Hubby and I each eat two eggs a day. I don’t want to live to 117, though.
