I don’t get some people on here always whining about this is nothing or this is going to be a nothing Burger. It’s less than two weeks before the election and this is very damaging. And it’s reported on the Washington Post and it will be on Twitter. who cares if she goes to jail as long as Trump wins and then he can do what he needs to her. only a fool thought she was going to be indicted under Obama but the WikiLeaks and the James O’Keefe videos are like a constant assault of jabs and believe me jabs add up to a lot of pain

If there were not an election in 11 days, then history would suggest she gets away with it again. But, there is indeed an election in 11 days. This is not a nothing burger in that context.

If this re-investigation is pending on election day, it could cost Clinton a point or two, just by the fact it’s pending. How often have we had a candidate for POTUS being investigated for criminal activity?

A lot more depends on why the re-opening and what comes out between now and election day.

It is still highly unlikely that she’ll be indicted, but this cannot be good news for her campaign.
