This is not a Denial of Service attack.
The SSL certificate for the site is invalid. It might simply be an expiration of the certificate. Or, it might be an oversight by the operator, who installed the wrong certificate on the server.
The remote possibility is that someone spoofed your DNS server, to direct you to a different site.
But, the more likely reason for that kind of attack is sending you email with a bogus link. Don't click on those.
