Is It True, As Newt Gingrich Charged, That MeAgain Kelly Doesn't Talk About Policy? (Ace on fire)
Ace of Spades HQ ^ | 10/26/2016 | Ace of Spades

Posted on 10/26/2016 3:49:50 PM PDT by MountainWalker

I've tried to get a dialogue started with the NeverTrumpers about the consequences of a Hillary presidency -- and they outright refused to answer, choosing instead to focus exclusively on Trump's scandals, and implicitly argue (by their silence) that there are no bad consequences of a Hillary's presidency.

So I've learned my lesson: The intellectuals of the right like to pretend they're about policy choices, but when you present them the opportunity to debate such things, they talk instead about Trump saying pussy.

I suppose that makes a kind of sense.

There are certainly downsides to a Trump victory -- and NeverTrump is happy to talk about them (and overjoyed to the point of sexual pleasure to talk about Trump scandals).

But there are also significant and real downsides to a Hillary victory -- including major setbacks in the areas NeverTrump claim are of paramount concern to them, policy and principle.

Trump will taint the GOP for a generation, NeverTrump says.

But they never want to talk about losing the court for a generation -- or longer. Or what substantive policy setbacks that will in turn cause.

So I guess I'd just like to know from the people who claim to care only want to talk about policy and principle:

What is stopping you from doing so, exactly? What is stopping you from answering people who ask you for answers on the policy and principle front, apart from your own cowardice and laziness about addressing questions you don't have glib, scandal-heavy answers to?

You intellectuals seem to like talking about being intellectuals. But you don't seem much to like actually doing the actual work associated with true intellectual status.

“...You intellectuals seem to like talking about being intellectuals. But you don’t seem much to like actually doing the actual work associated with true intellectual status....”

That’s because when Trump said “Pussy”, they thought he was talking about them...

Did, but he’s missing the point, still.

It isn’t that those people are lazy, as he has it. Its that they are PAID to speak the way they speak. This is a coordinated message. These people are pro’s, they get paychecks, they have careers and need prospects of future employment.

Of course they aren’t going to go off message or indulge some blogger or other member of the public. Thats not in their script.

Remember, the only NeverTrumpers voting for Hillary are the ones who won’t be impacted by her destruction of this country. That is a small percentage.

Romney lost when we stayed home. Trump won’t lose because RINO’s stay home.

Her show is fake. She simply brings on people to say what she thinks.

Notice, she never challenges the army of Trump Haters she has put on the payroll.

They come on and do her bidding.

She is planning on pivoting once she gets Hillary elected. Beck said it this week, he said its natural the Media isn’t interested in Wikileaks because they are (understandably) freaked by Trump, but her guest says, after the Election, they must revisit this information.

That is the game that has been played forever by the RINOs, get the DEM elected, and then portray ourselves as Hawks and someone to hold the newly elected’s feet to the Fire

BOR preached that Obama was Brilliant for 4.5 years and suddenly after his second win, he has known all along that Obama is a radical.

It’s Timing.

They are Actors and Actresses.

Trump will taint the GOP for a generation, NeverTrump says.

It's very telling that the NeverTrumpers had no problem with what the degenerate Juan McCain or the hopelessly liberal Mutt Romney would do to the reputation of the GOP.

It tells me that NeverTrumpers are degenerate, liberal globalists who are only different than Democrats in the phony face they put on in public.

To me Megan is nothing more than a Hollywood slut....the ones people watch not for their acting but for the way they dress or are made up. Personally I don’t find her attractive and given that she still, to this day, after all this time on air, can’t get through a few lines without messing up, I don’t giver her 30 seconds of my time.

Really, she is nothing but a Roger Ailes blow up doll!

Ace is a pretty smart dude; I used to hit the site daily; stopped when he turned on Trump. I guess it’s safe to go there again, because he makes so much sense.

I think part of the NeverTrump insanity is that they feel he has not paid his dues in the party. They are pissed that he walked on the scene and whiplashed 16 GOPers in a few months....jealousy is a powerfull emotion!!

Professional complainers that saw that people were tired of seeing them get rich off of just talking for 25 years.

The people revolted, and the talkers pouted and lashed out against us.

Now they see they are about to become permanently obsolete, so now a few want to try to come in from the cold!

Screw them! I’ve gotten better commentary from people with excellent YouTube channels, and will be looking for a way I can get rotating donations out to them (there are lots) so they can keep on doing a better job than these dopes on TV.

“and the talkers pouted and lashed out against us.”

I don’t think they just decided this, most of them. These are pros, they make a living at this. If they pout and lash out, its for a good reason, that can be measured in $.

I think in most cases they were speaking as directed. NR for instance lives on its sugar daddies. Which was fine as long as their interests and those of the Republican/conservative public coincided, but not when they didn’t.

She gave Larry King interviews to multiple men calling themselves the Architect of Obamacare.

If she had done any research, and asked hard questions, she could have made a difference on Obamacare. instead, she let them come on her show and spread lies - unopposed.

Later, when it was too late and Gruber called the American people stupid, she had a different interview. However, again, there’s that timing. She became suspicious after it was passed and the Roberts sold his soul.

They are fakes.

Apparently they are clueless as to how bad they have tainted the Republican Party. That doesn't surprise me though, because they have been clueless for decades now. They haven't earned the moniker, the stupid party, for no reason.

She reminds me of ‘Velveeta’ the Fox news anchor in the movie “Idiocracy’.
Before long she’ll get tossed in the washed up, lost-her-looks former bimbo newswoman landfill unless she can milk a fading career like Andrea “Hatchetface “ Mitchell or Babwa Wawa.
