Yes, and the only game in town for that size class, back when it was introduced. Now there are several close competitors, so the Seecamp isn't quite as unique as it started out.
Years ago I was on a gun shop's waiting list for a Seecamp, but got fed-up with the glacial production rate. Maybe things are better these days in that regard.
Looks like a North American Arms .32 acp. I had one once, never a hickup, but, it hurt to shoot.
