If you recall, RYAN kept GULPING, GULPING, GULPING glass
after glass after glass of WATER while BIDEN sat there
grinning like a raccoon. I suspect someone spiked RYAN’S
water or his water glass with some sort of thirst inducing
chemical. It was not normal; neither was it mentioned. Odd.

Debates should be structured like this.
- 1 person talks and the others have their mics disabled.
- Only the person talking is on camera.
- The person talking gets a set time, when the time expires, the mic is shut off.
- The next person gets their turn with the same rules.
- The moderator is only allowed to ask a 1 part question.
- If the moderator "fact checks", they are walked from the stage.
- If a debater or moderator makes any commotion, noise or other interruption, they are walked off the stage.
- The stage has no fixtures other than a microphone stand.
- Each debater is searched for electronic devices. If one is found, they are disqualified from the debate.
- Each debater is drug tested for things like Adderall, Ritalin and others. If the test is positive for drugs, they are disqualified from the debate.
- All violators will be publicly announced and they will prosecuted until the appropriate law.
I think that's a start.

I prefer no moderator. Place the candidates in booths and alternate turning their mikes on and having a light come on every 2 minutes for the entire 90 minutes. You cannot hear them and you cannot see them unless it is their turn.

I like that also. Anything to stop the childish antics so we can actually hear what the candidates have to say.
