This story has nothing to do with a "document dump."

Assange was supposed to make a public appearance on the balcony of the embassy as part of some kind of 10-year anniversary celebration for Wikileaks. They canceled his appearance for security reasons.

There was never supposed to be a "document dump" on Tuesday.
