Neither booze nor drugs played a role in the boating accident that killed Miami Marlins pitching great Jose Fernandez, authorities said Sunday.
The 24-year-old star hurler and two male buddies died when their 30-foot boat crashed off Miami Beach around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, Florida official said.

There was no alcohol found at the scene, but that doesn’t mean they hadn’t been drinking. He was not the driver of the boat.

Fishing is great at night sometimes. I grew up in West Plm Beach. I started fishing off of the Lake Worth Pier every Saturday morning, and then at night when I was a teenager. No matter how many times I fished there, the Cubans always out fished me.
