I'd be careful bring God into this, big-- Word is Allegra and God... are on speeddial.
Yes, Allegra, I heard... what he asked for--
Brissett!
This better be the last game without Brady.
I’m not enjoying any of the NFL games. I’ve seen no outstanding performances yet.
You need to tweet ML for this pic

Oh wait she has both of us on ignore....LOL
That was a murder!
I too wish Houston's offense had showed up tonight.
Alas, we were treated to the NE Patriot's defense.
Gadzooks, mr-- That's not what... your better half says.
After last night, I can say now that Belichick is the greatest coach in NFL history.
Cardinals at Bills. The Arizonans recovered from their first week hiccup in the second game, and the moribund Bills aren't going to have enough to stop them Sunday. Cardinals.
Raiders at Titans. Did I say the Raiders are going to the playoffs this season? And not as paying spectators? Let's stick with that one more week! Raiders.
Redskins at Giants. Giants have squeaked out two close wins; Deadskins are winless. After Sunday, the Deadskins will still be winless and the cries to bench Kirk Cousins will be even louder.Giants.
Browns at Dolphins. The hapless Browns signed Charlie Whitehurst this week; at least Miami has a decent offense. Poor Cleveland just can't catch a break.Dolphins.
Ravens at Jaguars.Ravens are perhaps the weakest 2 - 0 team in the league,; nevertheless, 2 - 0 is 2 - 0 and now they get the perennially bad Jags. Ravens in a close one. Ravens.
Lions at Packers. Where is the Packers offense? What is wrong with Aaron Rodgers? But.... in Green Bay... against the Lions... Detroit will find a way to lose as they did last week. Packers.
Broncos at Bengals. Bengals are struggling; Broncos have one monster defense. Andy Dalton will have a hard time against them. Broncos.
Viking at Panthers.Vikings get a reality check in Carolina. Don't see this Vikes team outscoring the Panthers. Panthers.
Rams at Bucs. What the heck to make of this game?! Rams get shut out by the Niners, then beat Seattle, holding them to three points. Bucs... after an impressive game one win, they fell flat in week two. To coin a phrase however, In Jameis We Trust! Bucs.
49ers at Seahawks. These two teams give me another head-scratching moment. On the Kaepernick factor alone, I'm taking Seattle .... they also happen to be very tough at home.Seattle.
Jets at Chiefs. Two inconsistent teams, so I'm taking the home Chiefs. Chiefs.
Chargers at Colts. Hmm hmm hmm....Chargers should really be 2 - 0.... Gonna go against the tide here and go with Rivers and the Bolts. Chargers.
Steelers at Eagles. Carson Wentz, the Men of Steel are coming to town. Yes good play so far, but Big Ben and Company are not the Bears or Bills. Steelers.
Bears at Cowboys. Dak Prescott is improving with each game, and the Bears give him a chance to improve more.Cowboys.
Falcons at Saints. I was ready to write off the Falcons this season and they go and win at Oakland last week. The Saints.... yes, Drew Brees leads a fantastic offense but that ain't enough. Falcons.
OMG....I luv it. Pats win!!!!! They are my new fav team the past few years.
Well Bend, if you're a good team, even
when losing your first and second string QBs and starting a rookie QB,
you should be able to win football games.
You may be right. Turns out that Brissett tore a ligament in his hand during the game.
The official policy of all NFL Live Threads... shall be as here given by our official spokesman:
"Anybody who disrespects this country and the flag-- If they... don't like the country they don't like our flag-- get the hell out."
"I have no respect for Colin Kaepernick... He probably has no respect for me, that's his choice.
My choice is, I like this country, I respect our flag... and I don't see all the atrocities going on in this country that people say are going on.
"Period!"
That right there is hilarious.
As expected #5 Clemson ate Georgia Tech's lunch 26-7 Thursday as did TCU Horney Toads gobble up my old SMU Ponies 33-3 yesterday.
Today, Kent State at #1 Alabama? Really--
#6 Houston against Texas State? Ditto--
The game that stands out today is Jerry's #17 Arkanhogs vs... my #10 Texas Aggies at the Death Star conveniently located at the Arlington Star Base.
And of course-- Penny? Penny? I'm... calling it for Nebraska in a breeze over Northwestern.
Thanks you, honey. Give us... a kiss and come back to bed.
