On 9-11 Hillary collapses, we now find out from pneumonia. Two hours later she appears in front of Chelsea's apartment and says, with a huge smile and apparent vigor, I'm fine. Impossible. 9-15-2016, Hillary comes out to show she is all better and she will continue campaign, it was all faked, there was no actual press conference. Wow, we are now in the twilight zone.

I see the people on the sides of the flag...But...
Where are those people in the video behind her as she walks to the podium????

..... I think it is actually the crowd and other effects that are added into the composite to make it look like an enthusiastic crowd. .... Believe it or not it is quite easy to do ... and is done quite often.
.... My hypothesis is that the network had to use the footage that the reporters filmed earlier on, which was probably not very flattering to her image and campaign ..... So .... Enter the SPFX crew that the network (And all networks) has on their payroll .... they overlapped the crowd in the foreground and rotoscoped Hillary's background out and replaced it with a still flag images of the stage. The SPFX Dept was probably rushed and missed a few details which are shown in this video. In the business this is called "Fixing it in Post" .... or in Post Production.
..... Anyways ... That is my two cents worth!!
that could very well be true. It looks odd and slipshod. Humans are very adept at spotting fakes, and this just doesn’t look right. Kind of like when Al Gore’s handlers told him to act like an Alpha Male. Just creeped everyone out.

She was really there. But there are so seem to be some odd things going on with sound, in some of the videos of her appearances that are out there - and I do believe she uses an in-ear device.
The crowd is so immediate off to the side, and her body language appears to be properly oblique to be aiming towards that crowd.
100%... and one thing over all the years i've NEVER heard though, was the Soviets say we didn't land on the moon

Focal Length..the camera was far away zoomed in which creates thus effect. I don’t think it is fake, its just a physics thing.
If she makes it to the debates, I hope they stop her from wearing it....
I didn’t catch shadows on the flag; but what objects cast shadows would depend on the directions of the lights.
Yup ... I work in the business and do a lot of Chromakey jobs .... This is very easy to do! There are the equivalent of video versions of Photoshop. Every network has people on payroll to do just these types of things! With the right tools anything is possible with photos and videos ....
I’m not sure how you’d do that. Do those things work on frequencies that other things do, and jamming attempts would screw up other devices?
But I think using it in a debate would make her seem even more fake and out-of-it than she does, anyway. Giving a 15-minute speech is one thing, a debate is another.
