I’ll bet she makes fabulous pot-roast for you with it, too! Pork tenderloins, venison stew, chops, ribs, baked potatoes, baked sweet taters, candies, there is almost an endless list of things better cooked in a steel pressure cooker.

I used my mother in law’s pressure cooker as a still. I attached a tube to the pop off valve and ran it to a condenser that was a copper coil in a number ten can of water.
Alas....Both she and the pressure cooker are no longer with us
