And me. I have a pressure cooker. Artichokes in 5 minutes, done right. Oil and vinegar dip. Mayo users are philistines.

Seriously - next time you make them - when you eat the heart - have a glass of milk and take a swig with each bite of the heart. Years ago I stumbled on this - don’t ask me why - but it brings out the delicious taste of the artichoke heart much more.

try it and tell me if it’s just me.
