[[I’ll bet she makes fabulous pot-roast for you with it, too! Pork tenderloins, venison stew, chops, ribs, baked potatoes, baked sweet taters, candies, there is almost an endless list of things better cooked in a steel pressure cooker.]]

Oh please share how you bake potatoes in them
It’s hot in Florida and I dislike using my oven most of the year .

Steam them whole, then put them in a 400 degree oven for five minutes before serving. When steaming them make sure the potato is not at all in the water being turned to steam. Steam an average baking potato for ten to twelve minutes of steam max (the cheetering sound with the doohickey on top of the valve), then cool quickly by putting the closed pot under cold water until the [pressure valve is released.

With sweet potatoes, steam for fifteen minutes then peel them when steam is released ... no oven time.

I know nothing about pressure cookers, but I usually bake mine in the microwave. Trick is not to stab holes in them the way you do when you bake them in the conventional oven. Not quite as good as one baked in the oven, but it is pretty good.
