Family member returned to Houston from New York on Friday afternoon, well before the bombings and stabbings. I noticed increased police presence at the Houston airport when I picked her up. When I pointed it out to her on the way home, she said there had been increased police presence at LaGuardia airport as well. We both felt that “something” was going on. The next day, two bombings and a stabbing.
It appears there must have been a terrorism alert, which the government and media are not reporting. Have any other Freepers had a similar experience?

My grandmother was a cooking genius with a pressure cooker.
Unfortunately, my mother wasn’t, although she always wanted to be.
I remember one time when she bought a pressure cooker to cook chicken.
We needed a new kitchen ceiling when she was done. Who would have thought that an entire chicken, bones and all, would fit through that tiny pressure relief valve on the top.
