That, to me, is the big thing. I'm not 100% sure how it works, but I know Clinton has spent a lot of time "fund raising". I think that is HER war-chest. I don't think the DNC controls it.

Isn’t it the same thing as when a candidate drops out or loses? Pay the campaign bills, close the books and the rest is theirs? I think a lot of people run with no chance of winning just to see how much they can make in donations.

The MSM will be a huge in-kind contribution. All they'll need is get out the vote funding.

Still, it will be a high hurdle.
