What about the iPhone SE? Does the new update work on that one?

Been seeing all the issues of bricking regarding this update so will wait..apparently servers are being overloaded with people downloading this so that could be the cause
I started my update to my 6 @12:59. An hour and twenty later, I thought my phone had bricked. Nothing but a black screen for a few minutes. Then the white apple logo appeared and all was well.
Same thIng on the iPad Air 2.
I downloaded IOS 10 on my iPhone 6 this afternoon and have had no problems. The dowload process did ask my permission to temporarily remove GarageBand in order to make room for the update. After the update completed, GB was restored. The only bad thing was that later there was another, newer, version of GB available, which I then downloaded.
Of course, I haven’t tried all apps or anything, but all seems well so far.
This update seems enormously feature rich. I was hearing that it was going to be really blah, but this stuff is pretty cool, and there’s a lot of it. One of the things Apple does right is smooth and upgrade a lot of seemingly minor interface issues which are actually not minor at all. They’re the difference between, “okay, now I’m interacting with my system/device,” versus not giving it any thought at all. THAT’S good ergonomics.
I’m installing it first on my iPad Air, then later on my iPhone 6. The iPad Air update is 1 GB, the iPhone 6 update is 1.1 GB.
Hey Swordmaker, If I’m upgrading from 6s to 7 later this week, should I upgrade my 6s IOS to IOS 10? I’m thinking I don’t need to do this, just update all IOS apps and backup to cloud and macbook pro.
