A Little River woman was shot 13 times by the father of one of her children — a man who was arrested seven years ago for beating her while she was pregnant and who had recently texted her that he was going to shoot and kill her, family members said.
Shaqueenia Hanna, 35, was in critical condition Tuesday at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Her ex-boyfriend Terrell Robinson, 31, and who police and family believed committed the crime, is still on the run.

I don’t mean to sound uncaring but if Shaqueena had met him at the door with a shotghun we would be reading a feel good story.
Maybe they all have this rage complex from the names they were given as babies.
I agree - there are certain people that should never be released and that would reduce violent crime by about 80%.
