Throwing out a first pitch before a baseball game can be a harrowing experience. And lets face it, the risks far outweigh the rewards. A great first pitch is met with either indifference, or a smattering of applause from the fans. A bad first pitch will be mocked forever.
This one falls into the latter category. Prior to Wednesdays game against the Oakland Athletics, Miss Texas Daniella Rodriguez threw out the first pitch for the Houston Astros. It did not go well.
While standing on the grass in front of the mound, Rodriguez displayed a strong leg kick and a solid throwing motion, but held the ball just a bit too long. It traveled roughly 40 feet before hitting the ground to the far right of home plate.

Bet she can’t hit worth beans either.
Her speciality is undoubtedly catching, not pitching.
She is forgiven.
I don’t know how well I’d throw wearing shoes like that. How does she even walk in them?
Looked just fine to me.
It didn’t travel 40 feet - it barely went twenty. Who wears high heels to throw out a first pitch?
Give the kid a break ~ she did better than POTUS!
Still better than Obama.
Blonds ...
You didn't even see the stadium :-)
Her pitch was as good as Obama’s was...LOL
she can visit me and practice up on her catching
She was sown into them jeans.
because of feelings of inferiority, she compensates by wearing platform heels in a piteous attempt to measure up
I guess she LOVES being embarrassed. One of her family or friends MIGHT have suggested to Ms. Brain-dead that she PRACTICE throwing a baseball....Lol.
Serves her right for being either SO stupid or arrogant.
Oh dear, maybe BOTH.
Well her looks will last until she's in her mid-thirties, then all will sag: cheeks, chin, boobs, butt and belly. BUT, she will always have the knowledge that for a brief few years she was a knock-out.
UNFORTUNATELY, stupid is forever.
And better than Carl Lewis’: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IP_xTyxzXF4
Them are Texas hips.
ha!
thanks
(still, Miss Texas is a bit prettier)
