There are few readers in America today who would understand even the references in this article, much less grasp the concepts and subtle implications.
I love Ann, but I am still hoping we can vote our way out of this.
Soap box, ballot box,
C’mon November
cartridge box, pine box.
DEPOPULATE criminals/socialists/scumbags/progressives/POS’s/RINOS/retrogressives/enablers/eunuchs/tyrants/totalitarians from the body politic.
It’s easy to

I have long said, “Our founding fathers would be shooting by now.”
The model for government is already in place, ... The Constitution. It is but a matter of restoring and enforcing it in its original form.

Ann has a lot of good truth in what she says. There is no refuge for sane citizens to flee to. Add to that, the restrictions on travel that are getting more restrictive. Soon, Big Brother (or Big Sister in Hillary's case) will check your travel papers and not allow you to travel if you aren't with their program. Can't start shooting if you're disarmed and contained.
Great article, and lays out at a high level what we would face. The above quote is what I expect the outcome would be even if we stood a one in 1,000 chance of actual winning. All of this makes me respect the Declaration and the bravery of the Founders even more. Of course, they had the advantage of the logistics being in their favor (thousands of nautical miles from their enemy in the age of sail).
You are absolutely correct. The Constitution is our government structure. We don’t need a replacement government we need to restore our constitutional republic which has been replaced by an oligarchy. The revolution has already taken place folks. We will shortly be looking at a counter revolution.
I once heard a great quote pertaining to these times, and it has stuck with me.
“We find ourselves in the weird place in history where it is too late to do anything about it, and too early to start shooting”
walking ... I understand that quotation is from Claire Wolfe and it goes something like this ...
“We find ourselves in that awkward time when it is too late to work within the system and too early to start shooting the bastards.”
That said, what a chilling article! It is true that only the tiniest of towns could set a defensive perimeter without having skunks inside the wire. And there is no “wilderness” to escape to and set up a new order. Creepy stuff.
Yup,
That quote is rib sticking.
The shooting would've been over by now, IMO.
Our founding fathers would be shooting by now.
I’ve found a different take on this.
Our wives would have greeted us at the door with our rifles and said “Go take care of this.”
It’s not just men who are unresponsive, scared. We respond to our womenfolk too meekly. For this to work, both have to be onboard and see the truth. The chances of this happening are slim to none.
“too late to do anything about it, and too early to start shooting
I agree with a heavy heart. We all know that this is going to get worse before it gets better.
We WILL be living in Ghettos, walled off from the world. We will be in forced labor, or simply locked up before we wake up.
And success has come from this before - so don’t get depressed.
But if a few men can lash out - if just a few people can demonstrate effective resistance that actually works - then the rest will come about fast.
We are blessed now. We have technology. I don’t need to assemble an army to keep invaders out of my town anymore. I need a laptop and access to a network. Basically, “Send an email telling troops to roll out”
The new war is a war of data and programs. And by that I mean statistics and instructions. Those are two things that are very easy to fight. Mess up their data so that commanders will be too afraid to move on otherwise and previously actionable intel, and then when they do drop an instruction in the action that screws the whole thing up.
All of this shit is computerized. Don’t need a bullet or to even be present in the battlefield to work with that.
people that know how to do things...hunt...fish...garden....farm....sew...can...make sausage..build...shoot....etc...
sadly, many people are strapped....strapped to bills, strapped to jobs...
it would require smallish homes, and frugal living....
it would require everyone...young and old...to do something for the community...
haven't the Amish or Mennonites taught us anything?
