I think Ken thought he still had a chance to win. Prior to the TC, only Jay knew about Adam’s mother.

Legacy Advantage: Ken. If he was still in the game on day 36, he would receive an advantage. If he left the game before day 36, he had to bequeath the advantage to another player. On day 36, Ken received his advantage. It gave him immunity, and he played it at the first Tribal Council.
Reward Advantage: Jay. He was allowed to steal a reward after someone else had won it. The first immunity challenge included a reward. Jay stole the reward from David. Jay then shared the reward with Adam and David.

I hunk the crying jags got a bit much. Not unhappy that’s over. I don’t mean to be insensitive, losing your mother is hard at any age. But when every time you are on camera you are bawling your eyes out...maybe you need to be elaewhere. In the end that’s all it was about. Until that it was a good season - even if the personal growth thing got overplayed. I hope next time they just play without all the subplots.
I know the gay stuff bothers people. I’ve made my peace with it, even though it’s not interesting to me, even in subplots. It’s CBS -American MSM is going to be gay centric, so if I like the game I overlook it, a cost of doing business with these networks. Shrug.
