They have received their marching orders and their talking points and they have put out a mob hit on Donald Trump. The less Hillary is seen and heard it appears her poll numbers rise while the media attacks Donald Trump 24 hours a day to distract from the fact that Hillary is low energy, in bad health and can't keep up with the stamina of Donald Trump. Plus she doesn't do news conference and she can hardly draw 50 people to her tightly controlled and scripted fake campaign rallies when she does come out from of hiding or from taking a nap.

I have no argument with your surmise that Hilliary’s poor health is keeping her so out of sight.

BUT
I think it is also because of her campaign handlers advice...
a. such miniscule attendance at her ‘rallies’ does not make for ‘good optics’
and
b. almost every time she speaks, her polls go down.
