In the two minute clip, a woman with a baseball cap can be seen sliding open the van's side door and placing something near the building. A man emerges from the driver's side door with what appears to be a Molotov cocktail, which he tosses on the ground...
When he returns with a second bottle, flames shoot toward his body, quickly igniting his shorts and shoe.

Must’ve been homemade napalm. Notice when he came back the trail was still on fire. Gasoline would have been out.
I suppose kerosene or Diesel may be more likely. They didn’t seem smart enough to make napalm.

Yep. When I lived in Seattle, a friend was making a 55 gallon drum of the stuff. This was in 1985. Every time he got a spare piece of Styrofoam he tossed it in.
