I doubt McPain will endorse Johnson. He’s already endorsed Trump however lukewarmly. He’s still in the game, endorsing Johnson would be a good way for him to lose his primary.
I suspect Myth and Jeb will endorse Johnson though. I doubt that will accomplish much other than making Republican voters mad ala Cruz’s speech.
