Remember state polls lead the national polls so this type of bounce will shortly show up in national polls.

Missouri strongly for Trump? Nice news.

If I recall correctly , Missouri was very close though carried by Republicans in 2008 and 2012. In 2008, if I recall correctly it was so close that a Florida style recount could have happened. But there was no recount then because it wouldnt have made a difference in the election outcome.

If the election were held today, Donald Trump would win in Missouri and the it would not be a close race.
That is according to a new SurveyUSA poll conducted exclusively for KSDK.

According to a survey of likely voters during and after the Republican National Convention Trump would win both with men and women in Missouri.

And that adds up to a 10-point win for Trump in the Show Me State. According to KSDK’s SurveyUSA poll, Trump has an almost 20-point lead with men statewide in Missouri, while his lead with women in the state is only two points - which is within the margin of error of 1.6% for the poll.

While I know MO is increasingly Republican, this is good and bodes well for Trump’s performance in the Midwest. He also got a Pence boost in Indiana, leading 50%-36% over Clinton. Don’t really have a link but those were the toplines.

And PPP found Trump up a bit in Ohio yesterday. I think the Midwest is critical for Trump and this is good news for him.

The states are aligning very nicely. Saw a poll this morning of his 9 point lead in blue New Hampshire.

Missouri is THE bellweather state. Since the start of the 20th Century, the Show Me state has only voted wrong in the presidential election twice, 1956 and 2008. And in the 2016 primary, Democrat turn-out was off by 14% (98,000 votes) compared to 2008, and BOTH Trump and Cruz bested the top Democrat vote-getter. Combined Republican turn-out was up by 57% compared to 2008 and 28% better than Billary & Bernie 2016 COMBINED.

His coattails are going to be huge.. .

Ive been predicting that Trump runs away with it.

He’ll win 42 states... maybe more.
