I say no way. He’s a small man.
I’ve heard from people at the convention that Cruz has his sights on 2020 and is desiring to change the rules that would allow him to challenge Trump if he won.
Is Cruz a GoPeer? Trump?
Does it matter?. Trump is strong enough to win on his own he does not need Cruz or any of Cruz’s followers.
Hat tip to Pinkbell:
“...video of Cruz and his crowd booing Trumps plane!”

He’ll endorse .......
I am not given to just throwing money away ...
Laura Ingram is kicking butt on C-Span right now.
She called out the “boys with the hurt feelings” to get behind Trump.
On these obvious choices:
Yes he will endorse
No he will not endorse
Thanks. BTW, good to know we have our own bookie here!!!
Tonight he could salvage what’s left of his Presidential aspirations, but I don’t think he will.
Slim to none, and slim just left town;)
He won’t. Cruz believes he’s walking the same path as Reagan ‘76.
Having an interesting set of conversations with several folks in FB land about Ted Cruz. Simple question. Did Cruz sign/agree to the pledge/oath to support his party’s candidate? Remember way back in the early primaries everyone read Donald the riot act ‘cause he didn’t/wouldn’t sign the pledge? Then he did. Now Cruz, Kasich, Lindsey Graham, being the upright outstanding honorable men of their word and true party patriots refuse to back/support Trump. Curious. When did it become okay to expose yourself openly as a liar, dishonorable, NOT a man of your word and still expect to be called a conservative. “OH, it’s okay, because Trump isn’t a conservative.” And Graham is? Kasich is? Was Romney? Not by a long shot. There IS no honor among thieves.
If he cares about this country, he will endorse tonight.
I think he will because it’s the smart political calculation, not because he means it
Doesn’t matter, but I think he will endorse tonight.Texans will be mighty displeased if he refuses.
If he does, it will be so muddied up, it won’t be clear.
Trump has given Cruz a prime time speaking slot.
And a rope.
Cruz will either hang himself or use the rope to be pulled back in for
party unity.
I predict he will use some clever lawyer words to muddy up his
endorsement.
I can imagine him making some weak statement like “Trump is a fighter” but not really endorsing.
I’m hoping that the drama of “Will Cruz endorse or not?” is just another dialogue created by Trump and Cruz behind doors. But I’m afraid he thinks his political future relies on betraying the 2016 Republican voters.
It’ll be one those ‘I endorse him, BUT...’
He will.
