Sanders is never going to be Vice-President and besides that he is not a Colonel. Okay, I give up, but I,m guessing Teddy Roosevelt.

That was FAST and you got the CORRECT answer. In fact, you could also say that Henry Wallace was the vice-president who made KFC possible. Wallace genetically developed chickens idea for breeding in chicken factory conditions. It was Hy-Line Poultry Farms. And, along with the hybrid corn Wallace also developed, it made Wallace a wealthy man.
Possibly the most ECCENTRIC of our vice presidents. Although he ran as presidential candidate for the far left Progressive Party in 1948, after the outbreak of the Korean War he became very conservative and denounced communism. Oh, and if you eat some KFC, it was probably from a chicken also developed by Wallace.

Wallace was a whacknut all the way.

A real Communist. Worse than Sanders.Except that after the outbreak of the Korean War he denounced communism and supported Eisenhower over Stevenson in the '52 election. Also he admitted that it was a good thing that he didn't become president.
