He was laying on the highway, blocking traffic. It was live-streamed on several outlets, and I happened to be watching one.
Several of his fan-girl supporters immediately began shrieking at the police that they had “no right” to arrest DeRay, and they were “picking on him” because they singled him out from 50 other people.
Later they were asking that people call the police department and demand DeRay be freed because he didn’t do anything wrong (besides lay in the road and block traffic).

Exactly ..... cops need to start “time share” holding cells so the leadership of these “protests” can be moved from county jail to county jail due over crowded facilities ...... let they’re lawyers search for the needle in the haystack keeping organizers away from the chaos for at least 48 hours.

USAF style crash trucks with white or red dye in the water cannon ...... supported by a few hundred stomp and drag riot control sorts backed up by SWAT sorts in lenco bearcats using the boomerang fire direction finder system to detect shooters exact positions etc ..... add in a few dozen prison buses to take prisoners on a slow hayride etc..... voilà !
