How will the DOJ prosecute anyone in the future who grossly mishandles classified information?
Any defense attorney worth his retainer fee will use "The Hillary Defense".
"My client did mishandle classified information, but it was not willfull and intentional misuse. And, may I say your honor, that the former Secretary of State did the same, if not more, than my client did and no charges were pursued against her. I respectfully ask that this case be dismissed."
This GOVERNMENT SUCKS.
Basically they set the precedent that what Hillary did is not against the law. Look for corrupt businessmen, and politicians in the future to do whatever they want with classified info.
Defense: “Two words your honor. hillary clintoon.”
Judge: “Case dismissed.”
If Hillary Clintoon is above the law than the rule of law is dead. Great job FBI.

Why are you concerned with the Law? The law is irrelevant. An illusion for you. The word of the King is the law in America. What the King says is what will happen.
It won’t work, the case was never adjudicated, and thus the judge will throw the full weight of the law at anyone without a (D) after their name.
But, that's why federal prosecutors typically offer a plea to misdemeanor under a different statute for mishandling classified information.
That's what happened with Petraeus.

Only if those individual businessmen and politicians have the favor of the King. If they don’t, it will be jail for them.
