I was just wondering how the lame-brained act of appointing Caroline Kennedy as ambassador to Japan was working out. According to Democrat sources the appointment was a stroke of genius on the part of Barry the Liar. I ran across Daniel Greenfield's old article that I thought was worth reposting.

On June 19, the US Consulate in Frankfort, Germany posted on Twitter a fawning story about how US Muslims were condemning the Orlando attack.

I replied that Congress ought to know since the liberals there are blaming Christians and gun owners. I also asked where they got the authority to post such a story on an official government twitter channel.

Reminds me of what is supposed to be a true story:
Ted Kennedy was campaigning, kissing babies, etc., when an older woman stopped him in his tracks by saying “I heard you’ve never worked a day in your life”.

Before he had a chance to answer, she followed with: “Let me tell you, you haven’t missed a damn thing!”

IIRC, that happened in West Virginia, and the old man was a plant with that script, and the laughter defused the potentially awkward response. JFK's team anticipated a question of that sort and headed a real query off.
